DBP - Double Belt Press Machine |
 |
Foaming plastic board is produced by
continuous heating and cooling on a belt press, after feeding plastic
through an extruder. The product's thickness is determined by adjusting
the height and temperature of the press roller and controlling the
pressure settings. In each zone, the belt surface is printed on the
surface of the product.
This method has been used primarily in the production of foaming
plastic board, but it is also being employed in the production of
boards made of environmentally friendly materials such as natural
fibers and plastic resin or scrap wood (sawdust) and adhesives. |

Specialty
High-Temperature Double Belt Press Machine |

This device conducts lamination under
high temperatures and pressurized conditions using a guided, heated
roll, operating at a maximum temperature of 400 degrees centigrade.
MRE offers auxiliary devices such as feeders, winders, and thickness
measurers on an optional basis. This device is used for making substrates
(copper foil, special film and copper foil). |
