| Spunlace non-woven fabric is a non-woven material that
uses entangled material produced under a precisely-controlled high-pressure
water jet. The extremely entangled web of fibers maintains its durability,
and becomes a clean material that is free of foreign matter. As a manufacturer
of non-woven fabrics, Mitsubishi Rayon has applied its over 30 years
of experience in developing the MRE Water Jet System, a non-woven manufacturing
method that meets our customers' wide range of needs. |

Features of the MRE Water Jet System |

It is possible to manufacture
non-woven fabrics or sheets by combining card web, paper and/or papermaking
sheets. It is also possible to overlay fabrics with spunbond or melt-blow
adhesives, or paste it together with other fabrics. In this way, the
system enables manufactuers to create non-woven fabrics or sheets
that possess the characteristics of both fabrics and reinforcing agents. |

It is also possible
to manufacture base fabrics, such as artificial or composite leathers
and fluffy materials for textiles. |
