The new DC Series offers a total water quality support
system that starts with water purification through reverse osmosis and
encompasses downstream water supply lines.
In pursuit of its goal of the highest possible water quality, MRE is
solving all problems through collaboration with its users. |

New
Type III Reverse Osmosis Unit - DCX/DCR III
 |
Full equipment for continuous purified water
circulation system |
|
In this new system, after passing through
the reverse osmosis (RO) membrane, the purified water is collected
in a tank: once the tank is full, the water is again passed
through an RO membrane.
By repeating this process numerous times, high quality pure water is obtained. |
 |
Counter-Flow |
|
By reversing the flow of water at fixed intervals,
contamination through the build-up of material on the membranes
is averted. |
 |
Ultra-low-pressure RO membrane |
|
This unit utilizes an RO membrane that is effective
at extremely low pressure levels such as between 0.5 and 0.7 Mpa.
This system has the double advantage of consuming little power
and emitting very little noise, thereby improving the working
environment. |
 |
| Products in the DCX/DCR
Series are fully equipped with all of the above three units, making
it possible to provide improved water quality at a reasonable
cost. |

The
DC-nano, revolutionary RO unit installed with nanofiltration membrane |
The DC-nano model is a revolutionary
new type of water purification system utilizing a nanofiltration
membrane for removing hard mineral particles, instead of a conventional
water-softening unit.
| Advantages of removal of hard mineral particles |
 |
The nanofiltration membrane can block smaller
particles than conventional ultrafiltration membranes. |
|
Effectively removes not only bacteria, but also
viruses and endotoxins. The use of the nanofiltration membrane
ensures a sharp decrease in the level of impurities in the water
that passes through the RO membrane. |
 |
There is no need for softene-resin as
water-softening, and no need for sodium chloride
tank. |
|
Eliminates time-consuming processes such as
program setting and sodium chloride for regeneration. |
 |
Cuts both costs and volume of water used! |
|
Only 25% the volume of water is needed compared
with our existing models, and sodium chloride cost is zero. |
 |
The burden on the RO membrane is lightened,
thus lengthening useful life. |
| |
The use of our proprietary continuous
circulation system for water purified by an RO membrane achieves
dramatic improvements in the degree of cleanliness of the RO unit.
The removal of minerals in solution in the water by means of a
membrane is a new method now being adopted by factories in the
private sector. |

System
for disinfection with hot water |
| Revolutionary disinfection method not employing chemical
agents |
Advantages:
 |
Water heated to 90 centigrade has proved effective
in killing gram-negative bacteria, preventing the formation of bio-films,
and
reducing the number of endotoxins. |
 |
Thanks to the conductivity of heat, this method
is effective in places where chemical disinfectants are difficult
to apply, including joints or places where liquid collects. |
 |
Hot water kills all types of bacteria: there is
virtually no possibility of bacteria surviving this treatment. |
 |
There is no need to buy chemical agents, eliminating
the fuss involved in inventory control of such agents. A touch-button
control panel ensures easy operation, with no additional treatment
of the waste water required. |
